After conducting our preliminary focus group we were able to eliminate one of our pitches and condense our ideas down to only two pitches with the best two ideas!
Pitch 1
•A girl wakes up in bed
•Rolls over but there is no one there
•She looks over, still quite dazed from waking up she notices the ring on a dresser
•Gets up and goes downstairs
•Sees newspaper on the mat
•Zooms in through the image on the paper
•Flash of cameras image taken
•Then rewind of snap shots from the previous night, not giving away too much
•Close up shot of plan b sitting on chair backstage with glass of whisky looking nervous
•Slow motion approach of manager/someone
•Cut to a low angle of Plan B’s footsteps
•Goes on stage and sings
•Shots of him following girl to a bedroom
•Cut back to girl looking confused and bursting into tears
•Cut back to Plan B on the stage singing having a good time
• Follow his performance for a while
•Cuts to him after the show talking to what appears to be his agent
•Shot of agent pouring glass of whisky out for plan B
•Variety of slow motion shots of plan b and manager having a good time
•Shot of unknown group of woman coming in to dressing room
•Cuts back to woman opening front door ready to go out
•Eye line match of paparazzi outside the woman’s house taking pictures and shouting abuse and making her feel uncomfortable
•Tracking the woman as she gets in her car, mobbed by photographers
•Cut back to plan B kissing another female
•Distorted picture making the pov shot seem as though the person is intoxicated flashing images as though the Plan B can barely see what he is doing

• Start with Strickland Banks on a stage and starts to sing
•The are then shots of the crowd cheering and having fun
•Close up shots of the band members, drummer guitar etc
•Close up of the mic and Strickland singing
•Cut to a bookies, shot of people betting etc
•See Strickland Banks putting down money and placing bets
•See him watching races, shots of the TV
•Strickland is cheering and getting carried away with the races
•He turns around, lighting in the bookies changes and he continues singing
•Shots of the bookies and people betting around him as he sings
•Then cuts back to the stage and can see Strickland Banks singing
•See the crowd from multiple angles to make it more dynamic
•Along with numerous shots of the performance
•Cut back to bookies and see him shouting at the TV and getting more irate
•See other people betting also yelling and getting annoyed helps to add to the frenzy and the feel of the video as the music builds up
•See him singing in the bookies again, lighting changes to help amplify this
•We now see Strickland start loosing and his situation deteriorates
•We see this deterioration through his emotions and actions
•He gets more worked up and shouting
•Close ups of his face to show his anxiety and frustration
•See him placing more bets and getting even more into it
•We then cut and see a woman waiting at a table in a restaurant
•She looks at her watch and we see an empty seat opposite her
•Cut back to the bookies and see Strickland look at his watch
•He then leaves the bookies and we think he’s going to meet the girl
•Cut back to performance and stage scene
•Cut back to Strickland walking
•He then stops at an ATM and takes some money out
•He goes back to the bookies and appears to be almost addicted to gambling
•He places more bets but keeps loosing •We see the deterioration of him as he slides in to the world of addiction, letting down the ones he loves and becoming a broke mess

Ends with him looking depressed at a bar and getting kicked out a drunken mess
•The are then shots of the crowd cheering and having fun
